I was waited on right away and I didn't have to wait. And even though my head light wasn't covered by my service contract it had been less then 12 months si ce I bought my car so it was covered by the dealership and they went above and beyond to help me. Thank you

Did not use my name and have asked them to change it
And they hit me up for 1,700 dollars of maintenance
Then anther 800 for tires when all I was there for an oil change
And besides preform service inspection with out being asked
Then to tell me no charge for service inspection that I didn’t ask for.
The little oil change reminder sticker most shops these days place in the corner of the windshield was missing, does your service dept do this? It’s a very small but important detail some customers do rely on, a visual reminder, of services needed. Also the service number that is placed on the rear view mirror was left in place. I’m the customer so why am I now responsible for removing and disposing of it? Was I not the one paying for the service? These are two what some would deem trivial items, but are they? Attention to detail even minor ones are very important to some customers.
John was personable, patient, and knowledgeable. I trust his advice wholeheartedly and appreciate him taking the time to explain any recommendations that came up during my car’s service. Thanks for your time and kindness, John!
