The experience level was lacking. Tried to charge us for a new cabin filter that just had debri that could be shaken out. Only once we questioned it, they looked further into it. Also, we weren’t provided with the entire inspection report. Had to ask for it. Only my second service appointment for this vehicle but did not match up to my first experience.
As always, your team was incredibly courteous, helpful, and efficient. I particularly enjoyed the synopsis of the service, and the breakdown of what everything cost. Thank you for taking such good care of my car!

Oil change price was $30 more than previous oil change. Really seems ridiculous to have to pay $122 for an oil change in a gas vehicle.
