Thomas was very outgoing and friendly. As well, he was competent and efficient. He listened carefully to my requests and made sure he understood them. The requests were not complicated but he brought the person doing the work out to talk with me to be sure that the technician was clear as well. Excellent experience.

The experience level was lacking. Tried to charge us for a new cabin filter that just had debri that could be shaken out. Only once we questioned it, they looked further into it. Also, we weren’t provided with the entire inspection report. Had to ask for it. Only my second service appointment for this vehicle but did not match up to my first experience.

Isaiah knocked it out of the park—so to speak. He gave me an initial estimate, updated me on progress, gave a full summary after all was done; and he was wonderfully kind the whole way. Oil change price was $30 more than previous oil change. Really seems ridiculous to have to pay $122 for an oil change in a gas vehicle. Thank you Todd S
