I am disappointed that a simple oil change appointment took nearly one & one-half hour. Completely satisfied other than wait time. Waiting area is adequate, refreshments offerred are very nice.

The service I came in for was completed. There was a recall that was discovered when I checked in that was added to the service. My only issue was the length of time I had to wait. It would have been nice if I gad been told how much longer it would take. I waited for 2 1/2 hours. I would've made other arrangements
Only thing lacking was the **** the phone when I called in. No help and was crabby and not helpful at all and only added to my stress level. All the others when car brought in was wonderful.
8:45 appt they didn’t take my car into the shop until 9:15. Took 1 1/2 hours
Multipoint inspection is a joke. I need all 3 wiper blades and there was no mention of it
