Truck was completed, did not receive notification. Had to go to the desk to ask. Service manager said there were recommendations for further maintenance. Did not receive opportunity to elect these services in a timely manner. Had to leave. Felt like I missed an opportunity to get some things done that would be beneficial

No need to contact me - I just called in and got my questions answered. I had been confused when two items from visual inspection video (totally cool, by the way) mentioned two items that were of concern that were not properly color coded to match on the multipoint inspection. I’m totally satisfied - just wanted to mention that it was confusing as presented first.
