Over the years I have had many Toyota vehicles and have always had good service and reliable cars with very little problem’s just normal maintenance. So the service department unable to help me out with my issue that warranty is 972 miles over is disappointing. The representative stating that washer fluid can be corrosive seems very unlikely and rodents as another possibility. This vehicle is parked in a garage nightly. Speculating about possibilities it could have been cracked during installation and has just cracked through. I don’t know but find it very disappointing that they didn’t make more effort to keep a customer. For the first time I’ll actually consider buying a non Toyota for my next vehicle.

Service quality is great. Wait time not so much! Having an express lube that can do oil changes, tire rotations and quick checks would make a visit to your Toyota dealership so much more convenient and pleasurable!

None of them told me that I had a leak in my main seal in my car when I got an oil change done two weeks ago the service prices have gone way too up. I was in there last time and seeing multiple people come in there and go somewhere else
