Will not have you replace any air filters. 50 bucks is 2 1/2 times higher than the most expensive and best filters money can buy. I wish I had not purchased 10 years of service
I don’t mind your service team playing my car’s radio but when they finish if they could return the radio to the original station I was listening to would be nice

I assume that the oil got changed appropriately so that's not the problem although I have no way to check. It seemed to take excessively long to change the oil and I felt like I was being prompted to do service that I don't need with the recommendations although the fellow I talk with and really push it to his credit but I don't like being offered the "choice" of things that I really don't need. I like to feel like I'm "being sold" that's all. I understand the dealerships make the bulk of their money on service but don't be so obvious about it. I guess the best way I can put this and the simplest way I can put this is to say when I'm dealing with a trusted vendor I want to have the feeling that he's looking out for my benefit more than his own. I did not feel that in this instance. I hope you find these comments helpful.

I was informed that the transmission fluid was completely out and my car was ready to implode if I drove it. The transmission is new so it was surprising. I asked if fluid could be added so I could get to the transmission garage. I was told the charge would be $400. I decided to drive to the transmission garage. They checked the transmission and all their work. They did note a leak but it was not the transmission. They said it was the power steering hose that needs replacement. It’s disappointing that Toyota was not more accurate or did not adequately research the leak.

Was a great place to get service done with entertainment and a nice neighborhood to take a walk in while you wait. Staff was friendly, professional and service was prompt.
Same issue as I had with the last time, I had my car serviced:
No tire rotation was done, even though it says on the report, and fluids where not filled up either. The last time I brought the missing tire rotation to the service departments attention, I was given the answer, that “ we are only rotating tires when we see a wear in the thread” ??
This was an issue on both of the cars, I brought in for the service.
At that point the service fell under the 2 year free maintenance, but I will consider changing my services needed to a different dealership, especially if I have to cover all the costs myself.
