I was surprised at how disorganized that place is ran I walked in to get a key cut and programmed to my truck I had the registration and ID they said they didn’t need my ID which I new they would need they looked up my vin and said they had two keys in stall and they could make me one no problem then sent me to another desk where I had to tell what I was needing again to schedule an appointment I asked if they needed my ID and registration again at this desk they said no you’re good I said are you sure because I’m dropping my truck off in the morning and won’t be here to show ID they weren’t able to make key do to the truck being from Canada which I understand and know that’s not there fault but I showed my vin number twice and don’t understand why they couldn’t let me know that on the spot I’ve heard not good things about Damian Lillard Toyota but figured this was just a key I was needing and the best place for me to go to get what I was needing everything I’ve heard about this place was spot on DISORGANIZED

People in the service department are friendly and kind! The people in accounting are also friendly and competent. Why I return as I know nothing about cars so must trust your expertise and honesty!
