My cabin air filter was replaced and now it is making a noise.
On my way home I tried putting my seat all the way back, as I was trying to do that my seat wouldn’t go back all the way and be completely even. The left side of my driver seat would go all the way back and the right side would get stuck. I’m not sure how or why this would happen on my service but it did and when I got home and looked behind my driver seat there is a piece of the plastic that is broken. I picked up my vehicle in the dark and I’m afraid to look at everything else in the morning, I’m hoping there is nothing else wrong with my truck. I came to this Toyota dealership from capitol Toyota to get away from careless work, I’m hoping I don’t have to switch again.

I was frustrated that I was told that we missed a scheduled maintenance at 50k miles. Every time I schedule a service I ask if there is any scheduled maintenance that needs to be performed. Apparently I was given incorrect information more than once.
John was very great to work with and easy to work with. It wasn’t John’s fault at all but one of the mechanics forgot to reset my service engine light but other then that everything was fantastic
