I was incredibly frustrated I was charged $150+ for a "diagnostic" for a noise my 21 tacoma was making. They did not do an in depth look, they shook my tire, said "well it's not a bearing. There's some tire weights missing it might be that". They didn't make sure its not my axel. I just feel I was wrongly charged for such a 0 effort look.

I got an oil change the other day and on the oil change checklist, it said the wipers were checked, but one of my wipers was ripped off and needed to be replaced. I wasn’t charged for a wiper, but I came in asking for a new one.
Just a little disappointed.

Concerned about the parking assist that somehow got “punched in”. If there is damage to it and it is not just disconnected, I will have to pay over $400.00 to have it fixed. Neither my husband or I are responsible for this potential damage - we did not back up into anything. Someone must have hit the car and did not take responsibility. We won’t claim this with our insurance as it could affect our rates. Hoping this is not the situation. If it is and we are out the $$, it is rather a lose/lose situation.
It’s rather frustrating the amount of up-selling that I get every time I bring my car in.
When I bought my car I was promised that it would be washed every time and any time I brought my car in. After Lillard bought the dealership I was assured by management that they would honor that promise.
Since I usually leave my car for the entire day, this does seem like a small ask.
In a positive note, I can say the doughnuts and cold brew coffee is good, service writers are polite, but the actual customer service follow through is lacking.

Working with Isaiah was wonderful! I was hesitant at first because my first ever experience with Damian Lillard was poor but after giving them a second chance I’m so pleased. Austen Barker is an amazing man. He helped me with another issue several weeks ago and I’m very grateful to him on a personal level. Today he worked with me getting my car serviced. I heard he’s going to leave soon for a different job. I’m very sad to see him leave there!
