It was a pleasure working with your team. I drive all way from Hillsboro for my service needs as the local store is not customer centric. Was great to also work with the shop foreman to help identify my issue and the repair was also completed earlier than expected. Great customer service all the way around.

Thomas was great. He had to deliver to us the news that the dealership was not honoring out lifetime oil change agreement we received when we purchased our Tundra. To add insult to injury, we were not notified ahead of time and were not provided one last free service...after driving from Battle Ground to receive this service. We certainly won't be driving to McMinnville for any further service. Again, Thomas was great at delivering the news and was clearly empathetic to what was going on.
