It took almost an hour and a half for them to do the 5000 mile service maintenance and they couldn’t even wash my truck, vacuum the interior or something as simple as wash the windows, services that are done at cheesier service shops!

I took my own fluids and filter for this oil change. My Tacoma requires 6.2 quarts on change with filter replacement, I brought 7 quarts in and received 1 and 3/4 quarts back. Meaning that the shop tech didn’t put in the proper amount. Fortunately it was caught
My service visit went very well and I was quite satisfied with the experience. The only minor downside to the visit was that all the donuts were gone when I arrived ; )
Always feel well taken care of...also always a little expensive, the dealership always has been more than my local mechanic but appreciate the thoroughness and attention to detail
Absolutely do not contact me! I have personally talked with the service manager regarding some **** work that was done on my wife’s last service. Vacuumed tubes and filter boxes disconnected and reinstalled improperly. He neglected to take down any of my information and pretty much said thanks for letting me know, go **** off. I’ve sat down face to face with Isaiah and let him know that I would appreciate a summary of things that was done And wasn’t done to my vehicle. Not to much to ask in my opinion, though even today I was swooshed out the door with nothing. Not even the problem fixed. I don’t mind paying top dollar for work done to my vehicles though all I get is sub par service out of DLT. It’s calming to say I won’t be a returning customer.

Lost a bolt because it was not screwed in securely - at previous service several months ago the cover to the cabin filter fell off because it was not secured, and concerned about things you said were immediate needs that online it says don’t need to be concerned until 60,000-80,000 miles, but ours only has 44,000. You wanted to do $600 worth of services.
