Isaiah was out the door and by my car to help with my services immediately. I gave him my name and he knew exactly what was to be done. He explained everything very clearly and we'll (did not rush). An hour to an hour n 15 minutes is totally ridiculous to change oil. My oil change was do ne inn30 minutes. You have young people working in there that would rather stand around n talk. I am very disappointed in McMinnville Dillard Toyota.
