I was bummed that when i went to the parts desk ( shown by my very nice service gal) all the parts girl said was “scan the square”. She had an opportunity with me to sell me the accessory that i had inquired about with the service gal. The parts person could have asked me “ could I help you find anything in particular?” and she could of had a sale…..just saying. FYI - I was the only one at the counter and i was ready to buy. Maybe my original sale guy Marty will reach out to me and get me going with some accessories?

Only negative is that the estimated wait time was 1.5 hours va. Three hours actual, but I appreciate that this wasn’t great for you either.
