I had new tires put on today. The tires I thought were being installed today were not what I asked for, when I made the service appointment. I asked before they started to confirm the tires were the same tires I had on my vehicle. Nitto Ridge Grapler tires. They said yes. Turns out they were not, and I was already at the dealership 3 hours waiting. It is disappointing. I think taking better notes and better communication would help. The service manager did offer a complimentary detail for my SUV to make things right, and I accepted.

Service seemed to be completed faster today than in the past. I appreciate that since I have to drive over an hour to get to appointments at the dealership. ( I always enjoy visiting with my friends Deb and Mike, too.)
