Service was great, but I have three grease marks on my head liner. One at each door entry on the headliner and one right at the headliner by the front of the sunroof. Thinking tech might have had grease in his hair. I know it wasn’t intentional

When I dropped off the vehicle this morning, I specially asked that the service department double check to make sure no oil was dripping after the oil change from the drain plug, filter, or anywhere under the car where oil might have splattered. Later in the day, I discovered oil on my garage floor and brought the car back in. Upon checking, the service staff said oil had not been cleaned off of the skid plate after the oil change. I was VERY frustrated that I had to come back in, waste my time, clean my garage floor, all because the service staff ignored my clear instructions to double check and carefully clean under the vehicle. This is poor service.

Sadly, this dealership has gone downhill on customer service and professionalism. When I got the text with tech’s report suggesting I needed front brakes, I felt I had to ask her twice to talk to a tech about a question I had regarding the uneven wear of front brakes. She finally went back and brought up the young man who worked on my car. He didn’t know how to answer my questions. He said one was 3mm and the other a 4-5mm. I asked why it would wear out uneven and he didn’t know, nor did they offer to find someone who could. When I got the paperwork, it actually said both front brakes were 3mm. Too many discrepancies and poor customer service, I’m sorry. It used to be much more professional.

Our battery was completely dead after only having the vehicle for a short time. It is driven as often as our Prius we had for 17 years. The message from your establishment was, you need to drive it more to keep it charged. This is a ridiculous comment. We are not going to drive the vehicle around for no reason to just keep it charged. We did not buy this vehicle to just drive around for no reason to keep the battery charged. We are very dissatisfied with being told this.
