After I got home from the dealership and went to bed, I woke up to find my car leaking a lot of oil after I got the 10,000 mile Toyota care done and and oil change and oil filter replacement.
Everyone that helped me today went above and beyond. I’m so glad I chose to go to this Toyota!

Tom is great with customers. He makes sure everything is inspected at inspected and all questions are explained to the best of his knowledge no matter how small or big. He listens to the customer too also he takes the customer needs to get the point across. He is a valued employee. ????????
You should provide a clean vehicle after service, inside and out. That was provided by dealers I use to deal with.

Went very smoothly today. Other times we’ve had to wait quite awhile but today was perfect!
I was impressed with the Service Dept. I had an emergency while driving to the coast. I called Damian Lillard Toyota to see if there was any way for the Service Dept to take a look at my car and provide a fix. Even though they were busy they squeezed me in and helped me get back on the road. Every person I interacted with was positive and courteous. I would highly recommend Damian Lillard Toyota!
I was waiting for my car oil change to be done. After 90 minutes I walked up to the desk to ask about the status.. I was told it was done 10 minutes prior but the “parts department was not done checking on prices, even though had been given a “firm” quote before service started. I wasn’t very polite to the desk clerk and was checked out then.
Don’t mess with me, just do the work I asked you to do.
From start to finish, everything was top notch and the people I worked with were all fantastic. 10/10 easily
My maintenance required is still on can I get that turned off
