I had such a great experience with the service team at Land Rover Arrowhead. From start to finish, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. They kept me informed every step of the way while my vehicle was being serviced, which I really appreciated.
On top of that, I got my car back earlier than expected, which was such a nice bonus. It’s clear this team truly cares about their customers and the work they do. Highly recommend!

Poor communication, I came in for 3 issues one being under a recall. After fixing the recall issue and 2 different attempts at another spending $930 without the issue being resolved.then after picking up my vehicle the recall work failed and I had gas spewing from my vehicle while driving down the road, so much so that I was being flagged by other drivers to let me know of the issue. Then after returning my vehicle for a second time to rego over the original 3 issues arrowhead LR had my vehicle for almost 1 month and still only resolved the recall issue after spending the $930. Not pleased the slightest bit.
Great staff, great service
It shouldnt take 5 hrs to change the oil. Appt at 10am, message at 3 it was ready. After signing for it, we had to stand outside waiting for them to bring me my car and it was still dripping water from being washed. I asked if they normally dry them and the guy said yes, but you came early. So almost 6 hrs later we leave with a wet, not clean, car. Poor customer service.
Darcy was helpful and friendly in setting up my appointment and arranging a loaner vehicle. Service was done quickly and Noah was friendly and informative throughout. Appreciated the thouroughness of the video inspection and the explanation from the service tech Rodrigo as well. All went smoothly. Thank you.

Joe is the best and appreciate his willingness to explain and teach us on how to best utilize the apps and systems available in our car.
He could have handled the situation better. I wasn’t given complete information, and the vehicle was not delivered within the promised timeframe. Another downside was the lack of available loaner vehicles. Overall, I’m not satisfied with my experience this time.

Detail was awful, spots all over the car and leafs as well. I mentioned the concern to the gentleman that was helping me with service and he agreed that the detail was subpar. Considering how much you charge for a basic oil change the car should be spotless!
