Katarina was amazing—super kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the whole process. Customer service came naturally for her. I do think it should be a priority that other employees at the same desks follow her lead, and be as warm in their welcome, professional, etc. e.g. staying off of their phones and not snapping chewing gum. But maybe this is just normal these days for younger employees.

Well Leland is fabulous but my coolant light came on when I was driving home. I parked the car and found all the coolant on the garage floor. I’m really frustrated!
