He pays close attention to detail, keeps me abreast of what’s going on with my vehicle, when servicing will be done and any concerns that I may have he is always willing to address them, swiftly. You should also know that Nick Sweis, is highly competent, great listener, kind, knowledgeable and extraordinary in crafting financial statements for my vehicle purchases. Rick Colter, is also very kind, knowledgeable and a great listener for directing me to vehicles, that would be a great fit per my requests.
Service advisor refused to provide information how recommended repair items were out of spec.
Car was returned to me in worse condition with parts missing.
Keys were not marked or stored properly, and I was given someone else’s car at pickup.
