I bought a defender 4 days ago, I took it back to the service department because the right turning signal wasn’t working, when I arrived Kat told me that I need to have an appointment and they don’t have loaners available. Really?! This is how you treat your new costumers after buying a car that is brand new and I only had for 4 days, I asked to speak to the manager because I refused to drive the car without turning lights, this is liability for your company, if I get an accident because of this issue that wasn’t resolve prior to sold the car we will be having a different conversation.
I will never recommend this location to any of my friends or family
The Jaguar dealership in arrowhead is very very friendly very upfront and I would not do business anywhere else they go beyond than what you expect more dealership and all of the staff there is very very friendly, including Joe

Every time I have to deal with Allen he is rude and condescending. The last time I spoke to him he said that he was not going to fix the lemon that they sold me and just put me on hold and never came back to the phone. That was 6 days ago and he has still never called me back. I will be pursuing legal action

I took my car in for a battery replacement and while the car was in service, Noah took the liberty to have my car inspected for something else and that's when they identified other issues. Noah reached out to the extended warranty company and luckily, the parts needed for the identified issue were covered.
I had been taken care of by Noah multiple times in the past and every time Noah is consistent, always professional and delivers excellent service. Noah is very helpful, knowledgable and professional. His attention to detail helped me get the other issue fixed and made sure that the extended warranty was informed.
My family has purchased three vehicles from your dealership and when we need to send it in for service, we always ask for him. Me personally and my family are always thankful and sincerely satisfied with his service.
