Leland was great and very helpful. The service provided was quick and efficient. However,I was not satisfied with the quality and color of tint that was installed. The grade that was used was shy of not having tint at all. I understand this is the legal limit used. I at least expected it to match the 2 back windows. This was a fail...In the future it should be more clear as to what the customer's actually getting.

My key was left with front office of my job, which was totally acceptable, my car was moved. I understand the mechanic told the front office that my car was moved, but I should’ve gotten a message that told me that the car was moved from the Mechanic or from the service department.. instead I went looking for my car in the place. I parked it and had to call to find out where my car was.. The front office is closed after 3:30 and I didn’t go looking for my car until almost 430. Therefore, I was very concerned and thought my car was stolen.. again a simple message to me saying hey I put your car in the maintenance area which isn’t allowed at my school would have been great so I would not have been worried that my car was stolen.
