Very disappointed with the entire experience. I will go back to Scottsdale Range Rover from now on
Joe (service was good to work with) but my old parts were not saved as per my request or photos were not provided. I always wanted to see the old parts if I’m being charged for new ones. My cost was over $3000 so I need that visual to feel right now about the expense.
Joe told me the Detail shop threw them out?
I could not ask for a better service advisor than Leland. I have been through four(they have all quit) of them when for vehicle and I am most happiest with him. Darcy handles her business with the loaner car situation and makes the most out of a piss poor hand that she is delt from time to time (more often than not). Derek is truly a gift to the dealership and should be kept happy at all cost (same for Darcy, Leland and Noah). Dragan seems to let his staff lead and does not micromanage. An asset to the dealership as well.
This dealership is laser focused on customer service. It doesn’t matter what department you get, they work as a team to make sure you are taken care of and happy. I wouldn’t buy a car anywhere else or have it serviced anywhere else. I drive an hour to bring my car to get it serviced. Super stars: Nick, finance. Chris and Richard, sales. Noah, service.

Repairs were not completed
I was so happy with Joe as a great human that I posted nice things to X social network about him to the Discovery authentic account.
Additionally, I was impressed to see so many women with children in the dealership and they weren’t filthy rich like most other mfg drivers expect.
Land Rover People are FRIENDLY and down-to-earth
Most of them anyway. Hollywood? Not so much.

Joe Furlich was amazing ! He was great in communicating and keeping me in the loop on my vehicle and making sure it was 100% fixed even though it was find to hard the issue they did not give up and was great on letting me know the steps that were being taken.

Brought my car in to have a safety recall addressed. Couldn’t be happier with the service that I received starting with the check-in to the final repairs. Receiving the inspection video along with recommended services was very helpful and useful, especially since you’re able to see what is being recommended. Repairs were completed on time and my car was given back to me ahead of schedule. Overall, very satisfied with the service that I received.
