I wanted to talk to the service guy to ask some questions but was told that I was not allowed to talk to him even though Katrina could not answer the questions I was asking. It was a bit frustrating.

I have a Range Rover not a Ford!!! The tech said I needed a new water pump even though I had it replaced the week before!!!!!! With one of their own new observable parts!!! What is going on!!!!! Disappointed!!!!
Horrible experience. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Poor communication. Quoted $290 for repairs, then presented a bill for over $800 upon completion. The list goes on and on.

Leland is one of the best guys I’ve worked with to date. Him and Noah but when I take our car in for the battery issue, both were supposed to be fixed and only one works, yet again. I am tired of these dealerships and their integrity. It seems as though nobody has any. I wish I never bought this car.

Good service with friendly staff
Hello, all went great good service good work etc. however, I was provided an estimate for an amount to be paid through an insurance claim. It was not at fault so the insurance company was covering it all. They wrote a check for the estimate and the total today was about $98 more I had to pay out of pocket. I don’t know if insurance covers this, if taxes and shop fees are not on estimates typically, if I will be reimbursed by claims. If it is all standard practice certain fees are left off, it would’ve been nice to be told about it ahead of time at least. If it isn’t standard practice then it should be included on the estimate for insurance to cover so customers don’t have to continue dealing with claims

It’s nice to have the option of at home service and drop off and pickup options to in shop service. I was able to get yard work done while my car was being serviced. Thank you, Keith

Joe was awesome. My first service issue (missing front toe cap plus paint) with my first Land Rover vehicle. He made it relatively painless and easy.
Joe really went the extra mile. He got the seller of the new to me Jaguar to replace the tires with original spec in addition to the oil change and alignment. He made it simple for me.
Arrowhead may not be the store closest to me but based on this experience it is the ONLY store for me.

Noah was easy to work with, provided correct information and pricing, in and out very Quickly. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will continue to have my Jaguar serviced at Arrowhead Jaguar.
