Car repairs/maintenance is never something one looks forward to. That being said, my experience at BMW was pretty seamless. I felt that everyone exuded kindness and professionalism. The work was executed efficiently and accurately in a timely manner. Shane was patient and thorough with all my questions and Brian was very knowledgeable and helped my confidence in my tire replacement.

I was told that this would take 4-6 days, and handed a loaner vehicle as I live in Prescott. After driving back home and arraging my business accordingly, same day I was told that my car was ready to pick up. Now I have to wait several days to get it back, I could have waited and not gone through all this trouble.
