I was completely happy with my recent service at Arrowhead BMW. Mr. John Wallace was great and helped me in every way possible. He was able to make my visit very streamline. He got me a loaner car which I needed desperately since they were going to need my car for a day. He kept me notified of any changes or notifications. They said I had a nail in my tire that was on repairable. I took it straight to the place where I bought a tire and it was a staple that was in the tread. They took it out in two seconds, and there was no problem. I’ve lost my trust in BMW Arrowhead. It’s been wavering from the first time I brought the vehicle in.

The yellow lights came out beautiful on the car. They really make the car look a little bit more aggressive. also, I do like the way the carbon fiber mirrors look on the side mirrors. I also really appreciate Michael adjusting the pricing for the job I think Michael is a terrific service advisor. I’m glad that I have him on my side and on my team as far as taken care of my car at your facility, I think all of you guys are awesome and I can’t wait to continue business with you
