Mike is the best service manager I have ever dealt with to have a car maintenance completed. Right from step one through to completion, he’s on top of it all and keeps me well informed. He’s patient with my endless questions and reviews and explains everything I need to make informed decisions. I met Mike about three years ago when I moved to Az and I’m so glad that I did. His honesty and trustworthiness are apparent. I will always work with Mike. I can’t imagine anyone better.

Mike was amazing, as always. I have had issues with my car that has been difficult to detect the cause and verify the needed repairs. This has sometimes taken repeated visits to get the symptoms diagnosed and verified. He has been very accommodating and persistent to get repairs done properly and as quickly as possible.

Thanks for all Your help! Tyler was awesome. I did however notice the passenger front side a/c vent control knob has been broken off. I was wondering when I can get my car back in to have it repaired or replaced.
