My service provider was great. Just disappointed that my change oil engine light and alert are still active and were not reset. I’m having issues trying to reset it on my own.

Matthew was great. He took the time to listen to what I have going on with my x5d. I felt like he took the time to chat about the symptoms I was experiencing when I just randomly walked in to get an appointment set up. I know it doesn’t always happen where I walk in and get set up with a loaner but, Matthew set me up with a vehicle to cruise around in for a little bit. Meanwhile he and Dakota gave me a direction on a suspected boost leak. I was in at 2:30 and I returned the loaner at 5:30. I wasn’t expecting to get worked into the schedule so quickly. Beyond my interaction with Matthew, everything else about my experience was perfect. Nailed it.
Colin helped me get on with my trip, asap after I had an issue 175 miles after leaving my home. He’s always attentive, listens and is super helpful whether I’m in for a scheduled maintenance or an issue.. such as I had on July 14th. He was gone for the day on the 15th when I came in to pick up my X3. A shout out to Magic Mike who stepped in to get me back on the road to WA immediately in his absence.
