Made an appointment for an oil change at 1:00, arrived at 12:30 and did not leave the dealership until after 3:00. Way too much time for an oil change. Don’t need the technician taking videos of the car on the rack, need them working on the car and getting me out sooner than 2.5 to 3 hours. Thank you

Carmella Gomez is trying to provide customer support. The service team was supposed to fix the A/C. It was blowing warm air when I was called to pick up the car. This is fourth time this car is in service for A/C repair. Issue has not been identified, resolved, or repaired.
This repair situation needs to be elevated to management.

Steve is a great guy and did whatever he could to assist, no problem there. He got me a loaner car for the 2 weeks my car spent in your shop. What was supposed to be a simple fix turned out to be quite a debacle. Your technicians don't seem to be that qualified and knowledgeable. That's a pity for a BMW dealership with that kind of pricing. I believe I paid too much for what again was supposed to be an easy repair, just because your technicians were no good. After the fact, I think I should have done it myself and I would have saved $100's.
I appreciate his willingness to help me out while I was stranded with a dead battery. When I arrived at the dealership, he greeted me with a warm smile and went over the paperwork and answered my questions about the different batteries types. He was able to provide a discount and loaner car for additional work that needed to get done. JOB Well done ????
