Car was kept over the weekend (told it would be ready the next morning). No loaner offered. When I did get the car by Monday late morning. I drove off and the check engine light came on. Had to turn around go back and wait as repair didn’t it hook everything up correctly. So,
no not good.
George was the consummate professional. He explained every service procedure that my BMW was to receive and he asked if I had any issues that I wanted check out.
George was clear and concise throughout the day. He made sure I was aware the approximate time my BMW would be ready and when I arrived to pick up my car he made sure I understood every detail that the technician found during servicing.
