World class customer service, period. Shane listened to my concerns and put himself in my shoes on something as simple as an inspection with no immediate financial return, who does that, he did, and thats why I will be back with confidence knowing I will be valued as a person and not just a dollar figure. Its much like the NHL if you like hockey, its a brutal game but all the players and the hockey organizations make it a point to help others, they are family oriented and care for others fully, thats the culture of how a business should be, thats what my take away was today, and for that I thank you, thank you Shane!
