Everything was great. Frankie and I spoke via phone about my mobile service for an open recall on my 2021 X3. Frankie got me on the mobile schedule very quickly.
Service tech Earl arrived on time, explained what he was doing, and quickly completed the installation of a new starter.
Oil change was great however I was the 1st appointment of the day and it took 2 hours. Wild that an oil change takes 2 hours. Appreciate the look at the car however after my last repair where I was told they would check out my light, then misdiagnosed the issue, then told me if I didn’t fix it they would change me for labor and restocking a part THAT DID NOT FIX MY LIGHT. I will NEVER have a repair done at this establishment ever again. Oil changes is all and quite honestly I’m not sure of the 2 hours are worth it. No offense to Troy it was my previous experience
George is an excellent service advisor. I appreciate his transparency and his clear explanation to my questions. He’s a main reason I enjoy doing business with Arrowhead.

Joseph and the team did an excellent job! The female mechanic in the diagnostic video explained the vehicle very well and made it easy to understand. Her slow-paced explanation made the video even more enjoyable, especially for someone like me who has no knowledge about fixing vehicles. Overall, it was a great experience! Thank you!
Josh was extremely courteous and professional. He was able to check me in quickly and even accommodated a late request for a loaner. He kept me apprised of the vehicle status at multiple intervals and ensured check out was expedited. Great customer service from Josh!!
Shane gets 5/5 stars very professional and was able to get me on my way quickly in the morning, service went great he gave me recommendations I got a video from the technician. When I picked up the car Shane was quick to have someone grab it and next thing you know I signed a paper and was out of there. Overall amazing service and 5/5 stars all around from the valet, to Shane, to technician. This is how a service department should be ran and Arrowhead BMW is amazing.
