JT was on top of it when I called frantically when I had a flat tire on our X5. I am glad JT took my call because he not only got our car fixed the same day, he was super helpful during a very stressful time I was experiencing with the flat and being 15 minutes from my home. JT made sure I was taken care of every step in the process and even called to make sure I made it home safely and so we could get the new tire installed. We appreciate having JT at BMW. He has always been consistent, transparent and going the extra mile to make the customer happy. He has shown that we can trust BMW Arrowhead with our service needs and we are planning to purchase our next BMW here in the near future!

Everything came out great, but I found it odd how my girlfriend had to reprogram the Bmw herself simply because the reprogramming was not done other than that the car came out flawless
