Carmela is simply the best! I feel like she genuinely cares about me and my vehicle. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. I have owned many other luxury brand vehicles and their service doesn't compare to the level of service I receive from Carmela.

John the technician completed a technician check of our vehicle and showed in the vehicle that the rear tire tread depth is 4mm across the tread width on both tires and noted the tires are good. However, we got a recommendation for tire replacement showing that the inside tread depth is 2mm on the left and 3mm on the right. That is absolutely false information.
Why would the dealership lie to us when I have the evidence FROM the technician showing we have more tread depth than the tire report. Plus, you recommended an alignment which we just completed 3 weeks ago.
And also why would the tech recommend a coolant change at 20k miles due to severe heat. If you do, take care of it under the standard included maintenance for 3 years/36k. Why point out a problem that has happened in the first 9 months of ownership. If you think it is a problem, take care of it! Felt like a money grab from the dealership
In multiple areas for tires, coolant change, and alignment on a 9 month old car with 20k miles.
Also not being able to provide the rental vehicle we asked for and were promised initially does not lead me to trusting the dealership.
