Matt actually did his hair this time ! Lol jk He did a great job taking care of me. I did not have to wait too long to get into my loaner vehicle. He took the time to listen about the concerns I had. He kept communication on updates with my X5 and everything was done in a timely manner. When returning the car Troy helped me get back into my car and he also did an awesome job.

Steve arranged for a loaner while my M550i was given a thorough inspection and 50k scheduled maintenance parts change.
The work was completed on time and I was delighted with the whole experience.
Effortless and without any drama, steve has been my service manager for the past 3.5 years and he’s always so communicative, keeping me informed of progress throughout the day.
FYI, I love the underside tech video where I never get to see. I was delighted everything was dry and problem free.

Other than taking 21/2 hours to replace a battery the service advisor was up on what was happening to my vehicle.
Carmella looks out for us, and beyond that, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Troy backed up Carmella when she had a sick child, and he made it seamless. The guy who greets you when you arrive, and the receptionist who set me up with a loaner were also great!
Shane was great, easy explanations of the service and very pleasant to work with
Carmella kept us updated and provided amazing professional service during the maintenance
The only comment I have is that whenever you do work for somebody, you should always give them a copy of the invoice.
