They were very unprofessional and put a 1500$ charge on my debit card without even informing me. The reason given by them later was I had damaged their loaner vehicle’s windshield.
Troy was professional, respectful, patient, and communicative throughout my dealership experience, which lasted approximately two weeks. He consistently stayed in contact and helped me work through my issues with care and clarity. He also went above and beyond to assist me whenever needed. Troy is an excellent example of an employee who is dedicated, reliable, and set up for success in everything he does.
