George, who helped me, was outstanding. However the fact that, yet again, it took 2.75 hours to change the oil and replace a couple of filters is absolutely insane. Appointments and my time mean nothing to you. I won't be back for service at your dealership. Once thing all that free time did do is get me thinking about just getting a completely different car. The service experience is actually that absurd.

Surprised/disappointed that a so-called BMW recommendation for yearly alignment was not made aware to me until now…nearly 2 years after I purchased this car. A alignment last year would have likely avoided uneven tire wear and an early purchase of replacement tires.
How can owners be aware of these recommendations so they can be handled proactively instead of being discovered during a routine maintenance visit?
