I was very happy with the service experience that Jacob Johnson provided. There were no surprises. There was great communication: he told me the problem, reported the charge and gave me the time frame when the car would be ready. I trust him implicitly.

Techs Couldn’t duplicate the annoying whistling noise in the sunroof during highway speeds, but I know that it’s something to do with the sunroof window seals. Also, $200 for an oil change??! Are you kidding? What a price gouge. Never again.

Very professional, polite and responsive to my questions. One thing you may want to tell your service team is remind the customer they need to reset their tire pressure monitoring system when the service person adjust the air in the tires, otherwise, the warning message will come on after leaving the dealership. Thank you.
