My service Volvo light is still on so I'm not sure if it wasn't cleared out after service or the work it reflects wasn't done. My only complaint.

Jacob has been my service mgr since 2010 when I moved back to Phoenix. I appreciate the continuity of service over the life of two volvos. He's a good communicator and always pleasant to deal with.
