Richard and the team at Arrowhead Volvo gave me the type of service one would expect to receive from a car dealership what you would expect to receive from a car dealership that wants to keep your business. I had a couple of warnings on my insterment panel, those were resolved also a multi-point checkup done and I had a couple of issues that needed attention. No high pressure tactics, what a pleasure. I'll be back whenever I need servicing done on my Volvo.

To be clear, I am not unhappy with my service advisor. He has no control over the issues I had. I was upset that I brought my car in for regular service and it took over a day to complete. Though you offer rides to and from your facility, I still had to pay for my ride to work the next day because I was not expecting to be without my car. I also asked for my battery issue to be resolved and it was not. It was recommended I purchase my own fix and apply it over night, even though service had my car over night, I don't know why the fix could not be done there while in service for night. The service is always friendly but not always efficient.

I bought this car because of Volvo’s reputation for ‘certified’, completely covered vehicles, so that there would be no unecessary expenses. The collision avoidance light kept coming on and off during the first year. This is an essential safety feature that needs to be fully functional. The safety features are another reason why I bought this car. After months of calling Arrowhead Volvo (Glendale, AZ, where I purchased the vehicle) service department to fix it with service advisors, it did not fix the problem. So I brought it in. They told me that I had to pay to replace the unbroken windshield. No cracks, etc… that the windshield was not Volvo brand, and was replaced prior to my purchase. So two issues here: this was a ‘Volvo Certified’, vehicle, yet I was forced to pay to replace an unbroken windshield? A windshield that was replaced before I bought the vehicle with non Volvo windshield? How could it then be advertise as a ‘certified Volvo’ and charge me for a windshield replacement that wasn’t Volvo and wasn’t broken? The car was there for over a week. Jeff and Richard said that only way to get it back was to pay. This is an injustice, not in alignment with Volvo certified vehicles, nor Volvo customer service. I expect a full refund, and more so that Volvo lives up to their reputation with ‘certified Volvos’, and the highest level of customer service. I filed a complaint with Volvo to help make this right.

Antonio is the best service advisor I have worked with at any dealer. Timely and communicative and very best level of care. I look forward to getting it serviced and not may people can say that! Always love working with Ali too when I get to see her as she helped out in a bind last time.
