Ali has been my Service Coordinator since I moved to AZ almost five years ago. She has always done an excellent job. She is friendly and professional, listens carefully, explains clearly and always keeps me well updated on the status of my car. Nothing against the other service personnel at Volvo Cars Arrowhead, but I am glad that Ali is my Service Rep.

Antonio and the Manager made sure that I was completely satisfied with the services provided. They went beyond to make sure that they were satisfied that I would not have any problems as I travel the 2700 miles back to PA. They washed cleaned and shined my car just like it was brand new. If I had to rate them it would have to be a perfect 10 out of 10.

Richard Bergstrom was very friendly and helpful while we dealt with our 30,000 service and map update (recall item)on our leased 2023 xc60. The waiting room was very comfortable and the rental car was a pleasure to drive (a new xc60). My wife Kristi and I live in Prescott Valley and will be back for the 40,000 service. We plan on paying off our lease and keeping our beautiful Volvo, it is our second after buying a xc40 during COVID at the Fife, WA (Tacoma) Volvo dealer. Roger W
