I can’t wait to take the survey because Bonnie is the reason I still have my Honda for coming to get it. Service is like the easiest thing when normally you would dread it she makes it so peaceful tells you the issues no pressure get you in and out. She has a great work ethic and put a lot of effort into her job. Bonnie took excellent care of us got us. When I called with the problem, she looked it up. It was a new recall. She got us in the same day and we were out within a day and a half perfect service I give Bonnie a 10+ in her performance and what she did for us, thank you.
Bonnie was amazing and really went above and beyond. My wife and I live up in San Luis Obispo so the trek was a bit…but Bonnie took care of us and get my wife in to a loner car. Thank you!
