Reyna, my service manager was absolutely FANTASTIC!! In every aspect that one could imagine--from the moment I drove up to the dealership to 10 days later when the work was completed and my car was returned to me. She kept me informed at every step of the process, fully answered all my questions every time and was very kind. She also has a great sense of humor. I should also add that she has a great sense of humor, something that is an asset in every job. I give her a perfect score in every area of performance. Virginia H

Bonnie is unfailingly good. I can always count on her to explain my car maintenance in a way. I can understand. I don’t always feel comfortable having my car worked on, but Bonnie makes up for that. I always request Bonnie when I schedule maintenance..

Reyna Garay, provided great customer service along with the technician who worked on my car and the other gentleman who received my initial car when I came in the shop in the morning. Reyna in particular took the time to explain and answer all of my questions after the service. It was obvious she was aware of everything that was done on my car, and she took the time to explain it to me and break it down. She explained to me what I got done to my car and the necessity for it being provided. Next time I go back there I would like to receive service particularly from her. I trust her service thank you Santa Barbara Honda.

Bonnie was so very helpful and spot on, as she has been all the times I have worked with her. She clarified what we were doing with my van this day, and made sure I knew that She knew that I would be waiting for the van, so it was done very quickly.

Luis was great and super attentive. I appreciated his positive attitude and willingness to help me understand what needed to be done to my car. I had an issue with my car where we didn’t know what was going on, and Luis went through both outcomes with me so nothing was unexpected when I got the call that I needed to have a bigger service than what I went in for.
