This is the first visit since Honda aquired Acura. I was met with a lack of attention and professionalism from the service advisor. I also had to get the service manager involved in order to get my situation resolved.

I had an amazing experience with Jason Sosa! He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and back on the road as quickly as possible. Not only did he provide outstanding service, but when my car was unavailable for the week, he made sure I had a loaner car so I didn’t miss a beat. Jason’s professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly set him apart. I’m so grateful for the extra effort he put in—highly recommend working with him!
