Andrea was an absolute angel. I was initially assigned to someone else and that advisor skipped right over me and assisted another client. I was a little annoyed about this, but Andrea noticed and she waved over at me to assist me. I was in a hurry to get in and out as I needed to head out of town. Andrea understood the assignment and got me set up with everything I needed and got me out of the dealership in less than the estimated time promised. Last time I came for a basic oil change service and I had someone else as my service advisor, and I was at Honda for THREE hours for that basic oil change. At the time I decided I was never going to come back here for service, however I desperately needed an oil change and was unable to make it to my preferred Honda in Alhambra. I’m so glad I gave SB Honda another chance, I will definitely be returning for service so long as Andrea can continue to be my service advisor. Thanks Andrea!!
Great service! We service our car only at Honda of SB, even though the car is well beyond warranty and the service costs are relatively high, because we trust the quality and reliability of the work and the cheerful helpfulness of the service advisors. Especially Andrea Samayoa.
