My service person was just fine. Very nice and kind I am upset about the 967.00 service bill for what was done to my vehicle and in addition they kept saying I have other things wrong with it like valve gasket leaks bald tires and it would cost over 100.00 to replace the windshield wipers. So all that said those are the reasons I am not pleased. The service assistant was fine. That Honda had to have a brand new transmission put in at 29k miles! It has 46k miles on it now. How can all this stuff be wrong with it. I hardly drive it out of Goleta.

Bonnie was very helpful in explaining the details of my service. She communicated throughout the day even more than I expected. I appreciate her attention to detail. I arrived early to pick up my vehicle the next day before the dealer opened and nearly everyone greeted me and was friendly even at 715 in the morning.

I could not have been happier with the service that Bonnie provided. In fact I hope to do any further car stuff with her in the future. Bonnie certainly took very good care of me and my car which I greatly appreciate. I was very happy with the service done to my car today. However, I would like to say I was a bit disappointed that my car was not vacuumed after my oil change. Now, I probably should’ve asked if that could’ve been done and I sadly I did not. the fault lays with me. In the past when I would go to other oil changing service places they automatically do it so again the fault lies with me for not asking. But it would’ve been wonderful had my car been vacuumed and maybe even given a car wash? Again things I need to consider in the future by asking when I bring in my car. Again Bonnie could not have been more important wonderful and you’re so lucky to have her.
