I came in to have a noise diagnosed and what he told me was clearly not what I asked for. He said that I had a dirty oil filter and that my fluids were really dirty. The car has 80% oil life full synthetic, it has new transmission oil, it has new coolant, and I already knew that the power steering was old but that's not what I came in for

My service person was just fine. Very nice and kind I am upset about the 967.00 service bill for what was done to my vehicle and in addition they kept saying I have other things wrong with it like valve gasket leaks bald tires and it would cost over 100.00 to replace the windshield wipers. So all that said those are the reasons I am not pleased. The service assistant was fine. That Honda had to have a brand new transmission put in at 29k miles! It has 46k miles on it now. How can all this stuff be wrong with it. I hardly drive it out of Goleta.
