Customer service was very bad. I had an appointment at 10 and the car did not get done until 1:30. This was a job that required 6 screws. My service manager Robert would never help me until I had my father step in to help. The car was then put onto a rack and it took no more than five minutes to complete the work. I am not sure if this is how you treat all women coming into the service department, but I find it not acceptable.
