Initially, I didn’t think too much of the customer service as any dealership is expected to deliver the bare minimum of customer service to upcoming clients. Though I was taking a back of the professionalism and the patience by my service advisor Tyler Tincher. I never had like an in-depth analysis on what would be done on the vehicle and whether or not I should follow through to the other choices offered. Quite frankly, I have been looking for mechanics that are honest and aren’t habitual flakers. And while I do support small businesses at times money and time is the priority. And my last resort I chose the dealership to get my classic 1991 Honda in service as I do Uber eats as a part-time.
Regardless, I greatly appreciate everyone involved and I will definitely come again for my vehicle’s basic service.
