Hoy 14 de mayo 2024 lleve mi hr-v 2021 al servicio .un servicio básico cambio de aceite de motor y pague un extra por rotación de neumáticos ahí esta el detalle ,no lo hicieron marque los neumáticos para confirmar que si lo harían pero mi sorpresa fue que los neumáticos siguen en su mismo lugar.espero que si hayan cambiado el aceite del motor ya que ahora estoy en duda que haya pasado lo mismo como con los neumáticos.

The new system takes a lot longer. Bonnie was excellent as usual. The line to get processed took 30 minutes and I had an appointment. The old system was better for customer service.
Terrible service, wouldn’t listen to me, wasted so much of my time. Promised time was approximately 4 hours, took them the whole day just to figure out the issue. Then he tried to charge me $700, because he couldn’t listen to me when I told him I have a warranty. Only listened to my dad when he called from an HOUR away. Then all the sudden he decided to look at my warranty and then out of his “good will” he said it was free. No it was free because you decided to look at my warranty finally. Wasted so much of my time wouldn’t listen when I said I need to pick up at 11 am, was late to class on 2 different occasions. Did not respect my time or the fact that I was a young woman. Never coming here again, everyone expect the drivers were rude and sexist.
I sent you an email, too much to write here. I would like to be reimbursed for the service I paid for but did not receive after waiting 4 hours.
Awhile back we brought our van in to work on the air conditioning. Was told it would be over $1500 to repair. Took it elsewhere for a second opinion and had it fixed for $350. The next issue was recent with the van having an electrical problem. Was told it was fixed but it was not fixed. We brought it back and was told it was fixed again. In the meantime the van left my wife stranded twice. My son just brought in his CRV and was told the repair was around $1200. The starter being $550 of it. I checked online a genuine Honda starter listed for $300. Not trusting that price I called a Honda dealership down south and was told they would sell one for $350. I requested that you put an aftermarket starter in this vehicle because it is over 20 years old and has 200,000 miles on it. We were looking at getting a new CRV but our experience with your service department has turned us off to that idea. I am assuming your manager get some type of commission and this is why they only give the most expensive option
