We came in for a maintenance service and were greeted immediately but it took a while to get to speak with the service manager, Luis. I had spoken with him on the phone when making my appointment which he recalled. I let him know we had recently purchased the vehicle from Carmax and had a Honda Care service that was included in our paperwork which provides free maintenance for 2 years or 24,000 miles. He went through the process and said the service would be at no charge and printed the paperwork. A few minutes later, he approached me and asked if the name on his paperwork matched our last name, which it did not. He said that Honda would not accept this as part of the Honda Care service since the owner’s names don’t match and we would have to contact Carmax to rectify it. We asked several times about him or Honda taking care of the issue and he said we would have to do it. It’s frustrating because we bought our last car at your dealership and ended up going elsewhere for maintenance because of customer service issues. We were going to give it another try today and it seems as though you’ve lost our business again over $157.

He was excellent. He did a great job explaining the service and how long it would take. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. I give him a 10 out of 10.
So very happy a last minute appointment was available for my A1 service. Roger and his staff were awesome in taking care of my car and the complimentary Uber ride was a very nice bonus!

Luis was a true professional. From the start he had good communication and updated us on our vehicle status. He knew the techs would need our car for another day so he went ahead a reserved us loaner car before calling us to let us know and being respectful of our time and dependency on a car.
