Lack of communication. It was already past 4:00 and I was not notified about anything that is going on with my vehicle whether it needed to stay or not. Therefore, I had to reach out and it took me 20 minutes of being on hold and talking to multiple people to finally reach my advisor so I can receive information from my vehicle since I was never notified. Second day my advisor left early for the day and didn’t bother to reach out before he left to let me know whats going on with my vehicle or if it needed to stay again over night. I was not satisfied with the service.

The only flaw in this job was that I had to phone to know that the car would not ready to go until next morning. A late afternoon chime call would have let me plan my evening a bit more easily. Otherwise the servilce was fine.

I was dissatisfied with having to replace the same lock cylinder twice in a span of 2-3 years (the first time was weird enough), which makes me wonder if the last replacement was subpar parts and if I'll be doing this again in a few more years.
Roger has been very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and I’ve felt that he’s had my best interests in mind for my car servicing.
