Bonnie did an excellent job of getting our car serviced and keeping us informed during the process. See is very easy to work with and super responsive. She represents Honda well. I give her a 10 out of 10.

No one explained to me what service was done to my car, I had to read the paper work to know I had to come back. Customer service just wanted to charge my card.

Told my car would be ready at 2:30. Received a text at 5:30 that my car was done. Quoted $119.99 for an oil change. When I picked up the car they tried and charged me $227 because they rotated the tires. I did not authorize this and they took it off the bill. Why does it take 25 minutes to pick up my car? Every time I deal with SB Honda it’s something.

The dealership in SB has created a notably better service experience in the last year or two. The waiting room is a little less comfortable but I was still able to get my work done while waiting for my car to be serviced.
Tyler was fantastic. His professionalism and service was exceptional.
