horrible experience, brought my car in for ridiculously priced oil change, tire rotation, and diagnosis and when i came back to get my car it didn’t start.

I was impressed today by Honda of Santa Barbara customer service. Roger helped me & he was quick & efficient! He called when the car was ready for p/u. It was only an hour & 15 minutes! I thought pretty darn fast for an oil change & filter! A happy customer here! Keep up the good work!

I was satisfied with the service and Josh was great, however I won’t be getting anything done there . I had to come in for the fuel pump recall. They found some things that needed to be done , I called my mechanic and he is doing them for half the price. It’s unfortunate your prices are so high
